We religiously give our cars a full MOT every year, and yet most of us don't extend the same care and diligence to our own bodies. 

 

The Health M.O.T service aims to resolve that. It is specifically designed for those who really want to optimise living a healthy lifestyle, by making powerful, targeted changes to their current habits, or to seek motivation to re-establish healthy habits that may have fallen by the wayside over time.

 

As a qualified Health Coach, I will help you tap into your own knowledge and help guide you towards additional solutions and inspiration.

You will be given a personalized Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan after your first session, tailored specifically to your health goals, with clear, actionable steps for you to implement.

Vitality

The Vitality Health MOT offers you my expertise on all areas of your health. Affter completing and submitting a comprehensive Nutrition Questionnaire and a 3 Day Food & Lifestyle diary, you will have a 60 minute consultation with me where we identify strategies for you to improve your diet, sleep, stress levels and exercise routine.

 

Vitality is perfect for those who need short-term but specific, structured and effective coaching and support with all aspects of their health and wellbeing.

What you receive with the Vitality Health MOT:

A thorough assessment of your comprehensive Nutrition Questionnaire and 3-Day Food & Lifestyle Diary. This is to enable me to understand your health goals, your current eating habits, your sleep routine, your  movement levels, your energy levels and current levels of stress.

A 60 minute consultation with me (via Zoom), where I will give you bespoke recommendations based on your Food & Lifestyle Diary information. During this session we will explore strategies for how you can impro0ve your diet and lifestyle in a sustainable and enjoyable way.

We then have a follow up consultation (via Zoom or telephone) after 4-6 weeks to review how you are progressing with implementing the actions in your plan. During this session, we will review your original health goals and actions, talk through what changes you have managed to implement, and I will support you with aspects you might be struggling with.

You will receive additional handouts, recipes and learning materials to support you with your health goals.

Flourish

The Flourish MOT service is the ultimate in preventative and personalized care, for those who want to safeguard their health future.

Including everything in the Vitality package, the Flourish service also includes an at-home NutriCheck blood test, enabling you to check key vitamin and mineral levels in the comfort of your own home.
