Health equals happiness, and this matters just as much in the workplace as it does out of it.

Having worked in the corporate world for over 15 years, I am extremely passionate about the importance of empowering businesses and their people to look after their health. Stress, low energy, poor dietary choices and a lack of understanding on what to eat can have significant impacts on businesses, from increased absenteeism to lost productivity, lack of engagement and low morale.

With the last 18 months resulting in more home working, people's daily habits are changing; more time spent in the home leading to blurred lines between mealtimes, lees social interaction and less exercise.

I can provide anything from lunch and learn sessions to 'drop-in' clinics at the workplace where staff can come and talk to me about their own personal goals and challenges, and how they can make improvements to their diet and lifestyle. All services are available remotely too, to enable both in-office and remote working staff to benefit.
